how old before to going outside coop

I have some chicks about4 -5 weeks they are close to fully feathered how old do they need to be before they go out to a coop out side. I have a light in the room they are in to take off the chill but not directly on them they would go into a small coop with 2 full grown silkies.

Try dropping their temperature a little at a time to eventually match your outside temp. Also, give them deep shavings to hunker in to keep warm if they complain. In two weeks, you should be able to kick them outside.
