How old do Araucanas have to be to lay?

I have 10 Araucana hens that were hatched on August 11, 2008 and I'm only getting like 3-4 eggs a day. I thought that they all should be laying by now. They are in with 4 Isa Brown hens, 1 Isa Brown Rooster and 1 Araucana rooster. Any ideas on what might be going on??

My Ameraucana/Easter Eggers took the longest to start laying. They first laid rather sporadically, but now measure up to the others.
Just give them time and you will be pleasantly surprised
