How old do baby chicks have to be to live outside?

I am raising six chicks in they are about 4 weeks old now and I am wondering how old they have to be to live outside here are some pictures of my chicks

1 day old. In the wild they are born outside. They use the heat of their mothers.

Only if they have a heat source outside.

If they don't have a mother with them, you should probably wait anywhere around 4.5-5.5 weeks. Let them grow their feathers so they won't be cold. The image you provided seems to show that their feathers are almost all the way grown in.
