How old do ducklings have to be to go to another home?

We're using an incubator. I'm worried that if I let them go before they can live outside, that they'll end up dead from the cold. Some people have no idea.
You can educate their new owners. Consider making a care sheet, a required list of supplies, and do a home visit to check out their new environment. If you aren't comfortable, or the new owners didn't gather the required supplies you don't have to leave the ducklings.

That is such a good idea! Thank you. I could baggy up some goodies along with instructions.
With that in mind, I'm not going to sell my ducks. They're mine... or going to be when they hatch lol. I might sell fertilized eggs though. Stamp them so I know they're mine if they fail.
Thanks for all the info.
Stay safe.
