How old do these babies look?

I've learned that it is hard to guess age from looks. We have a 3 week old wyandotte who looks like a 4 day old.
A chick that is that far behind in development is most likely a failure-to-thrive (FTT) chick. They lack fully developed internal organs and metabolism and cannot process nutrients adequately. They don't grow.

Most baby chicks are very easy to age because development in the first four weeks takes place at very predictable stages.

so you are saying this little wyandotte simply won't grow anymore?
