How old do they need to be?

Brand new to this. I have two 12-week old and one 10-week old BOs cockerels. They need to go, before next week. They are still too young to process for meat, right?

They can be butchered at any age. They may be a bit small, but edible nevertheless.
You can always make soup out them. Slow cook the carcas until the meat falls off. Then pull the bones out and go from there.

If they have to go by next week, there aren't many other options. You can cull and eat a day old chick if you don't want it to go to waste. Just won't get much out of it.
