how old do turkeys have to be to tell their sex

i have some 3 weeks old turkeys and i was wanting to know how old they need to be to tell their sex and how to tell the sex?

I can usually tell when they are day olds. The little bump on their head is called a snood. That is what will be the long hanging thing on the male turkey (but females still have the bump). Compare them to each other, you will see that the bumps look different. The males will have a bigger one, females smaller and thinner.
