How old does a Turkey have to be to lay eggs??

Most will start laying the Spring after they were hatched; in other words about 1 year of age.
 
I have four that are laying and they were born in August, So at 7 months is when mine started, but I think they are seasonal layers, so they might lay earlier if spring had been earlier. Does that make sense?
