Okay ... any guesses how old these eggs are? No they’re not dead they’re very much alive it’s the bad photograph/er/y and janky candling situation

Eggs are adopted - have moved her and eggs inside today because of weather and getting pecked on bf other hen

I would say those eggs are either 15 or later. They will probably be hatching any day now. The second egg might be a day behind the first egg picture. I can't tell for sure when they will be hatching so it could be up to 4 or 5 days until they hatch. Do post pictures of them when they hatch!

Thank you very much!!! I have no idea what I’m doing but my instincts are telling me leave them alone and stop candling them...will post if/when they hatch!

You can still candle them just to see if they have popped into the air sac in the egg. If you see a beak in there then it will most likely hatch soon so leave it alone

No worries! The air sac is the light spot in the egg. It normally on the fatter end of the egg. although do look up pictures of a beak in the air sac as I can't explain it well enough
