How old from hatchery?

My boyfriend came home with this little pip squeek chick the other day. I think it needs to go back in the egg it's so small. The feed store just got the chicks in that day from the hatchery and I'm wondering how old they ship them out. It's much smaller than the last chicks we had and they were supposed to have been a week old when we got them.

Chicks are shiped as soon as they are hatched (with in a few hours) so less than 3 days old.

I don't think a Bantom- Wow only 3 days old. No wonder so tiny. I'm going to squish her back in the egg till she grows some more.
