How old is this Tom?

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me approx how old this Tom is? He has no spurs and is about the same size as a full grown hen.

How long is his beard? They can get broken off some from fighting, but I believe beards grow 1.5 to 2 inches per year.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, my wife ( KrishH) sure does LOL

that is a very good question,i just bought three turkeys two toms and one hen,i have no idea how old she is or how old the toms are,beard is about 3 inches and i dont even know how to tell how old the hen is please help hen looks at least a season,but i dont know for sure
