How old until you can identify feather types in chicks?

How long does it take for your chicks to reach the stage you can identify what feather type they will be? I have hens and roos with straight feathers, silkie feathers, and sizzle feathers that have have all bread on a mix n match basis. I have some chicks that are super fluffy to the point they look twice the size of the others. And some chicks with shorter fluff. Is there any tell tell signs before they actually start growing their adult feathers? Thanks!
