Is there a way I could sex them at ?3days/wk old? If I do have a leghorn id wish it was a rooster, So pretty,,,, would love them more as a pet then food

Sexing at this young age is extremely hard..
however there are some youtube vids on how to sex baby chicks - not sure if it's accurate.
I would wait until about a month and a half old to be sure on sex.

I know it sounds weird, but there are trained chick sex-ers that look at the chicks vent and somehow figure out the gender - keep in mind they are only 90% accurate. 'Vent sexing' is actually a quite painful process for the chicks so sometimes the stress from sexing and delivery could potentially cause "poopy butt" for baby chicks.
