Got these I think Cornish x / fryer something or another from TSC today I forgot to take a pic of the sign...

Based on there starting to get some pin feathers id say there a week or two old already, but being as there a fryer breed maybe not??

Wings being feathered but not the shoulders puts them at around a week or so - 10 days at the outside.
