Just got my girls yesterday! They are just over a week old and I was wondering when I could start giving them small treats (gotta get on their good sides). They lunged at a moth that flew into the brooder today, hope that was okay. Thanks~

You can start giving treats now, but they'll need grit.

I started giving them treats at a couple of weeks but in small quantities - I make sure they eat there dinner before giving them desert. At this young age they especially need the nutrional value of the feed.
