How Old?

I have 2 ducks that I've had for about a month now. When I first got them, they looked about the same. I was pretty sure they were Kaiki Campbells. Now one looks the same but the other has molted and is darker with a green head, almost like a mallard but not exactly. They appear to be full grown in size. Also, at what age will the female begin to lay eggs?

That sounds like a male and a female Khaki Campbell to me. Do you have a photo?

Females need to be a few months old before they lay, I believe. Yours probably will start by summertime, if I estimate correctly. Is she getting plenty of calcium? You want her to be ready before she starts to lay so she won't get eggbound.
