How quickly does elector PSP kill mites/lice?

Elector psp mixed at 12ml/gallon sprayed on vent area and under wings will definitely work on mites, even the harder to kill one's. No need to dip.

I'd like confirmation also please? I was provided it once by eggcessive, but all my searches have come up empty for that that. Can or will someone confirm if it is 9ml or 12ml per gallon for direct spray?
