I have a mixed flock that has 4 Silkie Roos. When one Roo mounts a hen the others run over, grab a hold of her head feathers (skin on my Naked Neck hens) and take turns mounting/holding hen down. So far they have not left a mark on any of my hens but it seems too agressive to me. Should I cull a Roo or two or is this normal.
Thanks!

Multiple roosters gang breeding a hen can cause injury. Fewer roosters should remedy the problem. Good luck at resolving this potential bad situation.

welcome to BYC! usually, you don't have to worry about anything until your hens start getting feathers pulled out of their necks, and their necks are getting bald patches.
