How soon can I tell

I have 4 Red Bourbon poults so when can I tell what sex they are? On the Midget Whites it's mostly the size difference? I have a dozen of those and there are two sizes but the bourbons are pretty much the same size one has more yellow and less red and one must be a boy it has already flown the coop jumped/flew out of the brooder into the other chicks that are 3 weeks didn't get picked on but wanted back in where he came from...that's Red Baron. I'm sure liking my turkeys those Midgets come running when I put my hands in the brooder and they seem to like you to pet them the Bourbons are more aloof.

Check the feathers, on the hens there will be a white edging and the toms have black edging.
