How Stupid (Funny) is Your Dog (Pet)?

Timber runs in great circles, scooping snow as he goes. šŸ˜‚
Also he does this:

Ugh my dog is very stupid. I don’t have photographic evidence only anecdotal. For example, she likes to sniff skunks. I’ve seen her nose-to-nose with a baby skunk. Stooooopid. But it’s not her fault she was raised in the city so I cut her some slack. Not much. Just a little.

Oh goodness. My previous Sheltie, the late great Gracie, completely skunk-proofed herself. She was barking at something under a drawer that was sitting on the floor of the well house. I could see that something had dug itself a little cave underneath in the soft, damp dirt floor of the well house, and I figured it was a mouse or a rat. At that time of year we typically left it open to reduce condensation. Anyway, Gracie was barking fiercely at some intruder under this drawer, so for fun I egged her on, never thinking she would catch anything. Get ''em, Girl!" And she lunged into the hole face first, then backed out with a baby skunk in her mouth, by the tail. She threw it away as fast as she could, let out a scream and ran off snorting, sneezing, shaking her head and rubbing her face on the ground as the skunk shook itself and waddled off at speed. As you can imagine my first reaction was to back up at speed myself, but then I had to rescue poor Gracie. I grabbed her in one hand and the hose in another and washed her off the best I could for several minutes, especially flushing her mouth. I have a de-skunking formula, so once I knew she was okay I mixed that up and bathed her with it. She never looked twice at a skunk after that, as long as she lived.
