What about a Dong Tao??? I can't find their height, but they can weigh 13 pounds.

Malays are the tallest of breeds,jersey giants are heaviest of breeds. Of course this on average. Theirs some Shamo tho that can give Malays a run for their money in terms of height. Theirs a handful of Brahma here and their that have gotten ridiculously huge but their abit abnormal for the breed even tho seems more common in that breed for that to happen(dont get me wrong Brahma are huge breed still) but on average my Jerseys are heavier, tho by naked eye you might think brahma are bigger(brahma are tad bit fluffier so can give them little bigger appearance than they really are.

Again im talking average, as of course theirs always oddities like in any breed of animal.

I once had a silver laced Wyandotte that was almost two feet tall. Oh my was he an evil son of a gun. He was pretty big for a 6 month old roo.

How tall is the tallest rooster? Around 36 inches toes to comb. You hear of those, but realistically most are around 30 or 32. Most of the references will tell you that malay is the tallest breed. All of the hatchery malay that aren't really malay knock the average down for the breed. Large oriental games are the tallest, whether they are Malay, Kulang Asil, Taiwan games, Shamo, Hint Horoz, or what have you. Thais and Ga Noi have a tall look to them and can hit 28 easy enough.
