Mine is 38" tall and I'm 5' 5'.
It's perfect for me!
I asked for it to be installed on a raised toe kick, because I was sick of stooping and having water run down my arms.

My DH went out in the pouring rain to get tape measure so I could answer your question. LOL
He said it is 32", and when he brought in the tape measure, yep, its 32"
