How tall should my run be?

I have a Buff laced Polish Roo, 1 RIR, 2 Australorps, 2 Wyandotts, 2 Ameraucana's, and 2 Dominiques. I had two polish roos, but the silver laced was as mean as they come, downright cruel to the hens he was re-homed to someone wanting to breed and then got re-homed again because of his demeanor.

In the other run I have Jersey Giants and Light Brahmas because I want to raise monsters!

Make it tall enough to walk into so you can tend to bedding,
and birds if needed....and cover it with mesh because:
