How to add on a run to quaker coop

Hi everyone!
I'm new here. We got 13 chicks, our quaker 4x6 coop just arrived and I'm trying to plan out how to build a run off of the coop. Any ideas/plans? With our style coop I see a lot of plans for smaller runs that are only a few feet high and only as wide as the coop. I'd like to be able to walk in the run and be large enough for all of the chickens....we will probably be down to closer to 9 after we figure out the roosters and thin out the flock. I'm just not sure how to build on a 6ft high run to butt up against our coop.

Good rule of thumb is a minimum of 4 sq ft per bird in the coop and 10 sq ft per ird in the run. Your coop can only hold 6 birds max.
