How to administer equimax to a chicken

I’ve seen dosing on giving equimax to chickens for tapeworms but my question is how do you give it to them do you put it in water or is it an injection type thing?

Equimax usually comes as a paste.
One method is to squeeze a dose onto a piece of bread and offer that to the bird. Some birds are deeply suspicious of anything that doesn't belong to the base food and won't go for the bread. Puncture a blueberry or similar and squeeze the dose into the fruit; may need two or three doctored bits of fruit to get the full dose into the bird.
Another option is to squeeze the dose from the syringe straight into the birds beak.
