How to age a Quail ?

Older than 6 weeks. That's the best i can do with just a single photo.
Can you give us any additional information?
Are the hens laying? Do you have any roos that are crowing? What did the breeder/seller say when you bought them?
Can you post close up pictures of a face, or a foot? Those are often better indicators of age than a whole-body pic. Chicks have skinnier paler feet, and older birds have thicker, darker, more scaled feet. I've also noticed that chicks have uniformly dark eyes, while older birds have lighter eyes that depend on their gender/color.

The seller didn't say much, And they are not laying any eggs , I have them for about 2 weeks, I heard one of the males crowing the other day, and the females makes similar sounds.

these are some of my Quails.

Your Tibetan tuxedo has almost the same markings as mine!
Mine are 5-6 weeks old and look a lot younger than yours, they have not started laying yet.do you plan on breeding?
