A warm epsom salt bath may help. With a chick it is very important to make sure it doesn't get chilled, so you'll want to make sure it gets right under the heat lamp when it's done.

I just gave it a bath and gave it yolk-sugar electrolyte water but it seems to be even worse??

Do you think it would be possible to remove the blockage with tweezers?

I used warm water and a cotton swab and gently squeezed the vent and got I think 3 small poops out I might try again later

I wouldn't have the confidence to try that. It's so easy to injure something that small without meaning to.

You might try doing a couple more warm baths.

Haha I just realized how tiny the vent area actually is
