How to blow out an egg?

Take a needle and *gently* poke a hole in the big end, then chip a little more away, maybe 3-4 more pokes. Stick the needle up and move it around so it breaks the yolk. Poke another hole in the little end. Mold your lips around the hole on the little end and gently blow. Might have to stick the yolk a few times but eventually it'll all come pouring out. It'll take you a few times of blowing to figure it out but once you get the hang of it, it's easy.

I shake the egg. Before I punch a hole to break up the insides it helps to come out easier. Then I take a butter knife to tap the end of the egg with the tip if the knife. This starts a small hole. Then take a thumb tack and use the point to help open the hole bigger on each end. Then start to blow out the insides in to a bowl.I rinse my eggs out and shake out excess water and place ina paper carton to drain all night.

I shake mine to before I pop holes in them. Also if you are having a hard time getting a hole punched into your shells use a screw and start twisting it in. I have found those work great for those thick shells.

Have fun with your project!
