How to can pickled eggs??

I am very new to canning and was at a farmers market the other day and saw some very yummy pickled eggs canned - is it any different then reqular canning?

honestly, i do mine a little different then regular canning process.

i don't boil the can's in water with the stuff in it already b/c that kinda makes the eggs all green and overcooked.



i just put the boiling liquid in the jars with the eggs, seal and let cool, then refridg.
