Bribery!

I have meal worms (dried) in a container... I walk out my door, call... "Here Ladies"... and rattle the container. They know there are treats in the container and they all come running.

Bribery... works every time (and not just with chickens).

Grapes. I lead them to wherever I want like Hansel and Gretel with a trail of grapes. You just have to find their magic treat.

I use raisins in a peanut butter jar. I shake it and they come running, most of them anyway, there are still a few of the younger girls that are learning. I always toss them a few to reinforce their behavior when they come. Good luck!

Live trap baited with chicken feed. It's a heck of a lot easier to catch them at night when they are roosting.
