Caught him this morning. Lured him into crate with a cinnamon roll and had rigged it with a string to shut it from 10 ft away.View attachment 1961838

Not allowed to keep him as I live in a no-rooster town, but local feed store will offer him free to good home once I get him there.

I bet that's why there's no active search for him. Hopefully someone picks him up and he takes good care of their hens for them. Nice job rigging the trap - much safer when you have no idea how the rooster will react.
