How to clean a used coop?

I'm new to this and will be using a second hand coop until next spring or summer when I can build what I really want. It's filthy. What is the best way to clean it, and safely? It comes from a 4-H family friend of a friend so I trust it's safe, just dirty. Thanks!

What's made of? Normally I would clean out all the debris, then hose and scrub it. After that I would let it dry, and dust for mites.
