how to clean out the run?

how can i clean out my run,it's very small so i can't get in there
but how do i get all the wasted food and hay out
i've tried shoveling but it just doesnt happen for me

Have you tried a small rack. Or you could get one of those scoopers they use for dogs to clean it out. Also be careful with leaving food out there you dont want them eating moldy food.

Did you post about removing a ramp? Is that the coop you are trying to clean? If it is I would take your chickens out and remove food and water containers. Try to put a shovel or rake in and push all straw and food scraps to the door where the chickens get in and out. When you do that you could also try to hose out any poop. I hope this helps

i've tried this but it doesn't really work for me it all just rolls back when i heap it up near the door :/

Maybe if you could get someone to help you and scoop out the waste as you push it to the door? Otherwise I don't know what you could do.
