how to clean run for next group of chickens?

I have raked everything up -this is a dirt floored run- should I spray with bleach water and let dry or what?

What amount of Oxine/gallon or per quart would you use?

Only thing I'd do is let the sun shine on it for a few days in a row. I would be surprised if bleach on dirt actually does anything because how deep into the soil do you think the bleach is going? I think you'd be wasting bleach.
