Type out the text in the message box. Highlight the text. Choose the color you want. After all of that, while the text is still highlighted, click on the link icon and add the hyperlink.i need to try again today.....my link box wouldn’t let me type text and then i did change the color but it wouldn’t apply the color to the link. i started getting so frustrated that it wouldn’t do everything that i almost threw my phone across the room
You are correct that you cannot change the color while in the link box. You have to change the color while still in the message box before you ever open the link box.
