Hi everyone, I have a kebonnixs 12 egg automatic incubator. I am planning to do a hatch soon and am doing a test run on the incubator with no eggs in it. The humidity keeps going up to the high 50s and I need to find a way to keep the humidity in the low 40s. I put tin foil over some of the water container and it helps a little bit but not much. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do. Thanks

Excuse the Little Rock wrapped in a paper towel I thought putting something into absorb Humidity might help . Right now I took all the water out of it and dried it and it's at 36% .

When I was incubating, I poured a cup of water into the incubator and when the water evaporated, I'd pour in another cup.
I'm not a professional, but this is what I did.
LOL that's what happens when you talk into the phone and are warming up food at the same time 😆 🤣
I was didn't know exactly how you'd absorb humanity.
