You can still breed them, if you want. Just move the male around as needed: in with the females to mate with them, in another pen to give them a break.
If he mates with them at least once a week, they should lay fertile eggs all the time. I might let him mate with them every 3-4 days, just to make sure it's often enough, but it should be quite possible to manage that without them getting overmated.
