I put my eggs in the bator at 9pm (yeah I know dumb) so is that day 1 anyway and start counting from that day or the next?

If that is the case I am on day 21 if I start from the next day I am on day 20. It appears that the egg has moved on its own because its on the other side of the bator.

if you put your eggs in before noon that day counts as 1 and if you put them in after then count the next day as one. that is what i have been told on here and is pretty accurite

Yaay! Dancing eggs!
MARK IT ON THE CALENDER AND COUNT DOWN...
1 WEEK, 2 WEEKS, 3 WEEKS --- should be Day 21 / hatch day.
Not dumb, set them whenever is convenient for you (of course, plan that they'll hatch 21 days later).
If you set them in late in the day, then they'd be inclined to hatch late in the day.
Best of luck with your hatch.

Here is a picture (testing this out) of my sebastopol goose I hatched out last year. God I miss him!

Ok one more time for the mentally challenged(me)

I let the broody start sitting on eggs the 8th around noon, that is a tuesday, will the 8th be day one or will the 9th at noon be day one?? So I should expect hatching to occur on the 29th Noontime ??
