You can report posts including pm messages. I don't think you can delete an account because it would mean deleting posts which would mess up certain threads you've contributed in.

As a rule we don't delete member's accounts. This is to protect the integrity of the forum and the threads / topics (imagine people deleting their accounts and their posts missing within those threads).

If a member has personal information they need removed from a post they can edit the post or contact a moderator to do so.
