I think my girls have lice. I was going to treat the coop and the girls. I read that I can dilute Permethrin and put it in a spray bottle to spray my Coop. What ratio do I dilute? Anyone know.

Can I spray my girls also, I have dust but this may be easier on the ones who are not as fond of being handled as others are?

There are directions on the bottle to follow.

If you spray a poultry house with Martins Permethrin 10 percent, the label specifies that you use 8 oz of the drug in 6.25 gallons of water. This procedure can be conducted once every two weeks and you want to make sure to thoroughly spray the walls and surfaces without contaminating the feed or water.

I use whitewash to treat the coop itself. It's cheap, looks nice and also kills odors.
