We have a black bantam with an ongoing filled sinus on both sides of face. The vet has tested and there is no infection so each week we take her over for the vet to drain it. It seems to be more of a plumbing problem. Her eyes are nearly shut now and she is going really blind. She is still eating though and seems happy. How can we do this ourselves, the weekly trip is a problem and it is ongoing with her. We are desperate for any suggestions. I will try to post some photos but really the red skin around both her eyes is so swollen it looks like it will pop. It has been ongoing for about 6 months. In the beginning it seemed to right itself but now it doesn't seem to be able too. I have given her collodial, garlic, cider vinegar. thanks

Hi No she doesn't think so for a couple of reasons it has been on a couple of courses of antibiotics and also when we go she tests for infection and sees no sign of it. Also our other chickens have been fine for the whole duration. She thinks it's a mechanical problem.
