How to DYE CHICKS before they hatch?

I saw a video on youtube from asia somewhere I beleive, where a "Hatchery" had a bunch of chicks and they had this bottled dye, and these large stainless steel bowls, and they would put a bunch of chicks in the bowl, and added some of the dye and tossed them by hand like one would a salad with a spoon and fork. The chicks after seemed no worse for ware, and they took them to market. Would I do it to my own chicks? If there was a market here for it, and I knew what types of dyes or paints to use that would not kill them. Would I inject an unhatched egg? NO!.

Wow I retract what i said about a market being here. People buy these chicks not knowing about brooder lights etc... which kill the chicks in short order. Where in asia they buy these birds dyed as a novelty, but also respect they will feed their families in the long run.
