How to feed a mixed flock of Hens,chicks,and roosters

I'm currently feeding them all layer crumbles.... I'm worried the chick needs stater/grower and the rooster,well I have no idea what he needs. Thanks for any feedback!
 
The chicks need higher protein but more importantly their kidneys will be damaged from 4% calcium.
The flock would be better off with a grower feed and oyster shell on the side for the hens.
Roosters seem to handle the layer feed but when not with hens I give mine a grower feed.
