How to feed my 10 week old pullets and my laying hens

I started with 10 / 10 week old pullets, but then I complicated things and added 4 / 1 year old laying hens. Can I feed them both laying pellets or are the 10 week old pullets to young for laying pellets. Confused on how to feed them??? Any help will be greatly appreciated by the girls and me.

I would feed them all grower and offer oyster shell to the adult hens.
