How to fight intestinal disease ?

What country do you live in? In one picture his wing is hanging down. Was it injured, or is that a recent symptom? Does he have any trouble with legs? Can you give us some details about what he eats, any symptoms he has?

I am from Armenia, his wings and legs are fine, he eats wheat, barley, corn. He's sneezing, his weight is about 700 grams or even less. he walks like a light leaf, but eating normal.

How old is he? Sneezing can sometimes be from dust, getting feed into nostrils, mold, or allergens in the environment. If it is happening every few minutes all day long, infectious bronchitis or other respiratory virus might be suspected. If there are other roosters, they may be keeping this one from eating. If he has coccidiosis, amprollium, toltrazuril, or sulfa antibiotics might help. Worming him might be helpful. Are his droppings (poop) abnormal?

amprollium, toltrazuril, or sulfa antibiotic
Can i bought these from standard pharmacy? Bc there is no vet for chickens in my country.

Well, it sounds more like he was being kept from food by other roosters. If he is having normal poops, and eating normally it doesn’t sound like coccidiosis or an intestinal infection. Worming with a product used in goats, sheep,or cattle, such as albendazole, fenbendazole, or levamisole, may help if he has worms. If you can get such as product for worms, I may be able to help with dosage if you show a label. The sneezing if caused by a virus, such as infectious bronchitis, will have to run its course over a month. Antibiotics would not help cure it.
