you have a dominant hen who is trying to act rooish... I had a RSL like that once.

I would say all of those are hens. by now if you can't tell the difference in them then you probably don't have a roo.

I think they all look like hens. At that age, or even a little younger, the roo's that I had were obvious, not just by comb and wattle size, but by overall size and shape. All the roos had some green in their tails by that age also.

The hen in the middle picture might have redder/larger comb and wattles because she is one who is laying.
What kind of racket are you hearing? It could be the " someone is laying an egg" fuss they sometimes make, or even a " Let us out of here" complaint.

Thanks everyone, you guys are great! The racket is usually in the morning, but not at sunrise. It is not the "cock a doodle doo" sound, but it is much more than the purring the ladies make. The other day, around bed time for the chickens, 1 went towards the hen house first and made a loud noise, which brought the others running to go inside. I am thinking I just have a dominate hen like everyone has suggested. I am getting eggs from 2 or 3 hens now, so a couple of more weeks I should be %100 percent confident there are no roo's in the mix.

If you're not hearing typical crowing sounds (including the screetchy sound of a boy who has just discovered his voice), I think it likely that you are hearing the "I laid an egg!!!" cackle
