how to fumigate without harming ducks

hi! my house is currently full of bedbugs and we need to fumigate asap!! but i’m so worried that the garden my duck is in will get contaminated and then harm her… she often digs holes and catches worms so i wanna be safe!!! any advice?? thank you!

I would say can you keep her away from the area for a while? I’m not sure what to do since I’ve never had to do that but is there a way you could have a separate non contaminated area for her? Do you only have one duck?
