How to get a hen Broody?

How to get a hen broody just stuck me funny. Violins? Flowers? Chocolate? Booze? Begging? Prayer? Chuckle.

I am not familiar with your breed of chickens but did you know if you get a chicken that is known to go broody and she lays a different colour egg than your flock of girls you can sneak some of their eggs under her also...if you still have the rooster doing his job ....she'll stop laying eggs and will happily hatch out your other girls eggs...I do this all the time....
