How To Get A User Picture?

I did not know where to post this question on BYC, but how do I get a user picture instead of the default chicken?

Also i have BYC on my phone so it is different than on the computer

Go to your profile page (click on your user name in the top right corner of the webpage) and you will see avatar options.

I cant seem to find where the avatar options are. Can you post a picture of what the screen should look like?

Here is the computer screen. In the pull down menu under your user name you should be able to click on "My Profile" or "Change my Avatar" and follow instructions from there. You should also be able to click on the brown My Profile button and do the same. Either way the generic chicken avatar should be visible and there should be a "change my avatar" link below the generic chicken. Good luck!

Okay, so when I hit submit I guess what I pasted in the window didn't stay put so herewith using a second method:

My screen is a bit different.

And when i hit the edit profile this comes up

Maybe it is the types of computers we have, I have never seen a screen like that one. Seems, though, that somewhere on the page you depict there should be a link to add or change your avatar. Perhaps you could either go to the forum information and faqs link or reach out to a moderator. Good luck!

I have it on a iphone i think that is why it is different.

Hmmmm, a tech challenge….

On my profile, under my avatar, in blue letters, there is a link "Replace Avatar."

Then I have to scroll down and to the right, to a popup window to add or upload an image.
