How to get big meat birds.

I have 6 cornish crosses I want them to be big and pack alot of meat by week 7 (they are 5 days old) but I want them healthy and not sick are there any tips on doing this?
 
Look at 4h meat bird feeding. I don't know what they feed them, but those birds get huge by week 7.
